Target Market Assessment: We will work with your
marketing team to create a size and growth model of your target markets, including an assessment of the TAM (Total Available
Market) and SAM (Served Addressable Market). We will segment the market by products/technologies and by industry/application
segments. We will also assess competitors by market segment and estimate competitors' market share. If requested, we will
perform primary research to test product concepts on target customers. The results will be delivered in a formal presentation.
Product Strategy: Assuming that a Market Assessment or equivalent has been completed. We will work with your executive team to facilitate
the development of the Product Strategy, which culminates in a product roadmap and product revenue/profitability model. During
the project, we will develop a Core Strategic Vision for the company, division, or product line, working with the CEO or GM.
We will work with your engineering team, technologists, product managers, marketing, and finance to define the target market,
develop a pricing and market share/revenue model, assess competitive moves and strategies, develop a product roadmap with
a corresponding engineering resource plan and timeline (i.e. a Plan of Record), develop the product/technology investment
strategy, define a high-level go-to-market strategy, and develop a pro-forma income statement.
Go-to-Market Strategy: We will work with your sales and
marketing organization to develop a Go-to-Market strategy which will define the products' value proposition, product positioning
and messaging, pricing, channels of distribution mix, key alliances/partnerships, and product introduction tactics. M&A Assessment: We can identify, investigate, and perform
due diligence on merger/acquisition candidates.
